ABOUT THE PROGRAM
REDgen: Building Resilience, Connection, and Thriving
REDgen is a student-led, peer-to-peer well-being and suicide prevention program that empowers young people to move from surviving to thriving—both in school and in life. Using the evidence-based Roots of Resilience curriculum, students and staff advisors meet weekly to build personal resilience, explore purpose, strengthen connections, and foster a culture of care within their school.
Through reflection, conversation, and action, students gain skills to support their own well-being, help peers, and create a safe, inclusive environment where stigma around mental health and crisis is reduced.
Why REDgen Matters:
- Builds student leadership, purpose, and belonging
